Film Workshop Series – Dive into the Magic of Hungarian Cinema!

What happens when young people step behind the camera and discover the world of storytelling? Our five-part film workshop series offered exactly this experience – a gateway into the cultural heritage, perspective, and cinematic language of Hungary.

Throughout the program, participants had the chance to explore the key figures and masterpieces of Hungarian filmmaking. Each session focused on a different topic: scriptwriting, cinematography, directing, editing, and the mysteries of post-production. The theoretical foundations were enriched with interactive elements and practical demonstrations – participants got hands-on experience with professional cameras, microphones, lighting and sound equipment, and even drones.

Through analysis, discussions, and collective reflection, we delved deeper into the layers of Hungarian film culture. Our goal wasn’t only to share professional knowledge but to create an experience that could mark the beginning of a longer journey – whether in filmmaking or cultural self-discovery.
